The Parent Visa Loophole (Aged Parent 804 Visa)

Watch video on YouTube here: The Parent Visa Loophole (Aged Parent 804 Visa)

Aged 804 Visa ATTENTION Parents of Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents - this blog here (http://goo.gl/ebxAiB) will explain to you what we here at Salvo Migration have coined, 'the Parent Visa Loophole' (PLH). The PLH is a process by which parents of Australian Citizens and permanent residents first enter Australia on a Visitor/Tourist visa, and as long as they are above the age of 65, they then apply for an Aged Parent (Subclass 804) from inside Australia. In doing so, applicants are granted a 'Bridging Visa' which allows them to stay in Australia until a decision is made on the Aged Parent visa. Given that these visas currently have a processing time in excess of 30+ years, this 'loophole' essentially allows parents to remain in Australia with their family indefinitely. However, the main benefit is that this approach avoids the need for parents to pay the exorbitant 2nd Visa Application Charges associated to 'Contributory' Parent visa pathways, currently set at $43600 per adult applicant! For example, a husband and wife who apply for a Contributory Parent visa will be subject to $87200 in 2nd Visa Application Charges, not including the initial Visa Application Charges associated to the visa. So it is not hard to see why the PLH is a great option for those who are eligible. Accordingly, your eligibility for this loophole is completely dependent on you meeting the following crtieria: 1. You must still meet the balance of family test 2. The main applicant must be above the age of 65 3. You must not have a No Further Stay condition imposed on their visa 4. You must satisfy all other Aged Parent visa criteria We are happy to say that we have successfully applied this process for many of our clients, who will now enjoy the freedom to stay in Australia with their loved ones at a fraction of the cost of alternative options. Accordingly, if this pathway seems appealing to you and your family, please get in contact with us today on 1300 MIGR8TE (644 788) or email your enquiry to enquiry@salvomigration.com.au. Otherwise you can contact us at the following address: #AgedParentVisa #804AgedVisa #804Visa Salvo Migration 320 Adelaide St Brisbane QLD 4000 https://goo.gl/Bao5ma http://ift.tt/1V0nJi6
